Here’s what you can do with ParentSquare:

  • Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification 

  • Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6pm 

  • Communicate in your preferred language

  • Comment on school postings to engage with your school community

  • Participate in group messages

  • Sign forms & permission slips, receive report cards, sign up to volunteer and more all from your desktop or mobile device

How To....

Expand the tiles below to view various “How To’s” in ParentSquare.

  • Change Language Settings

    You can change your language setting so that you will receive Posts, Messages and Alerts in your own language. ​​​​​​​

  • Update Notification Settings

    ParentSquare allows users to customize their notifications by notification type and select their preferred delivery method

  • Families with children at multiple schools can change which school they view.

    1 From Home, click Switch School in the top left and choose the desired school site.

    2 If you are a staff member who sees the district name in the top left, click the district name to go to the district level.

    1 Tap the school name at the top to see other schools, and choose the desired school site.

1 Activate Your Account: Click the link in your activation email/ text, or sign up on parentsquare.com or via the ParentSquare app.

2 Download the App: Click It’s easy to stay in the loop with the ParentSquare App. Download it now for iOS or Android devices.

3 Set Preferences: Click your name in the top right to set your notification and language preferences.

4 Appreciate Posts: Click :Appreciate” in your email/app or website to thank a teacher or staff member for a post.

5 Participate: Click ‘Sign Ups & RSVPs’ in the sidebar to see available opportunities. Click bell on top to check your commitments.
