Residency Verification

We are proud of the educational services we provide to our students and families in Pleasantdale. To maintain this high level of service, we put systems in place to ensure that only residents within our district can attend our schools. To begin the residency process, you must make an appointment to verify residency. Please use this QR code or Calendly to setup your appointment. Also, please print and bring the Residency Verification form to your appointment. Thank you.

Students entering Preschool, Kindergarten and Fifth grade are required to verify their residency.  Families need to reestablish district residency before the start of the school year.  Below you will find a table that outlines the required documents.

*Please bring an original birth certificate for each student.  We will make a copy at your appointment and return the original to you.
